Bookings:

Lettings are Friday to Friday

·              When making a definite booking, half the rent should be sent as deposit.

·              All cheques written out to either Pamela Bousfield or Caroline Gregory, but sent to Caroline please.

·              Rent does not include electricity, which is calculated from your meter readings.

·              On arrival and departure, please read the meter (in the garage), and send Caroline the figures after your holiday. She will then bill you for this and the remainder of the rent.

·              Tenants may arrive from 2pm, and are asked to leave by 12 noon on the day of departure.

·              Keys are with Mrs Champion, Tremeer, Sycamore Close, Rock Rd, Tel: 01208 862290.

Please phone Mrs Champion if you expect to arrive at any time other than Friday afternoon or early evening.
