The cottage was built in 1951; a large sitting room and double bedroom were added in 1963. All the rooms are on one floor, with a double garage under the dining room - as the cottage is built on a slope.
Access: There are about 10 broad steps up to the front door, and a slope plus two steps to enter the cottage via the sitting room.
There is outside parking for several cars, and a sheltered secluded garden, which stretches wild for half an acre, back up the hill towards the dunes.
There is a wonderful view of the estuary at all states of tide.

Rock is a village on the north Cornwall coast, on the Camel estuary opposite Padstow.
